Hi, I'm Dr. Iko.

As a medical doctor and graduate from Kazakhstan, I completed a pediatric residency and spent three years saving children’s lives in the emergency room and 2 years in outpatient clinic settings. I am also raising two kids of my own (who somehow became teenagers now before I was ready).

After moving to the United States in 2018 with basic English, I started my medical career from scratch. Today, I am pursuing U.S. medical licensure while sharing practical, parent-friendly health education based on my training, experience, and life as a mom.
