All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases from drikomd.com are non-refundable once the download link has been issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
No Returns: Because digital files cannot be "returned," we do not accept returns on any eBooks, guides, or downloadable content.
Exceptions — Technical Issues We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any of the following, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right:
- Your download link is broken or expired
- The file is corrupted or will not open
- You were charged but never received your download link

Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
